Terms of Sale

These terms of sale supplement our Terms of Service.

Right of withdrawal: 14 days

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason. To do so, email us at info.isisngold@gmail.com with your order number. Conditions are set out in our Refund Policy.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If the item you received is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, the return is at our expense.

Refund

We refund you no later than 14 days after your decision to withdraw (we may wait until we have received the items), using the payment method used for the purchase. The standard shipping fee is refunded; any extra cost for a more expensive delivery method you chose is not.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, items that have been in contact with the mouth cannot be taken back.

Legal guarantees

For customers in the European Union, items are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
