To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes IsisnGold to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees IsisnGold may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
All orders are subject to a different processing time. Depending on a number of factors, domestic and international standard and express orders can take up to 4 business days to process and ship (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Once your payment has been authorized and verified, standard and express orders may still take up to 4 business days to process and ship.

We ship from France one to four working days after receipt of payment. (The shipping time varies depending on the available stock as well as the request for customization) Delivery is worldwide. Different shipping options can be chosen during standard or express checkout. Shipping costs are between eight and sixty euros or more depending on your location and preferences, the exact amount will be calculated during checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from isisngold.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.
If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a store credit or reship. Isisngold does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier and will review on a case by case basis.
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
IsisnGold does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
If your order includes several items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: an order shipped in two installments can be made.
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our clients, IsisnGold reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, IsisnGold reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to :
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “scam”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
- Similarly,IsisnGold reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
IsisnGold are Delivered at place (DAP), also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that the seller is only responsible for shipping the product, and that the customer is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery. Some shipping carriers charge additional fees for collecting duties upon delivery if the duties haven't been paid in advance.
Due to issues with carriers, you may see some delays in tracking updates on your order. My order still says it is waiting to be shipped. There are two common reasons why an order’s tracking says that it has not been shipped.
The order may have been shipped, but due to the destination distance of the shipment, the first scan might not occur for a couple of days after you’ve been notified that the package has shipped and your initial issuance of the tracking number.

- My order still says it is In Transit for a number of days :
Orders will remain in “In Transit” status until it reaches the next shipping hub. Sometimes, due to circumstances that are out of our control, packages may not have an updated scan for a number of days. If your package has remained “In Transit” for 7+ days since the most recent tracking update, please reach out to us to further investigate your issue. You can check the status of your order using our Track Order page.
- International order stuck, held, or verification required :
When making an international order, the destination country may require you to verify information about the order and the recipient. This is the most common reason that your order is not moving or held at customs The customer may be required to provide the shipper and/or country with an invoice/proof of purchase and/or ID verification. The “IsisnGold Order Confirmation Email”, should be able to be used as your invoice/proof of purchase. Each country's shipping policies are subject to change and IsisnGold would not be able to provide specific information on your country's policies or processes. If IsisnGold notices that a package is not moving, IsisnGold may attempt to proactively resolve these issues.
Please check and ensure that your correct address is listed on your order or account isisngold.
IsisnGold is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. IsisnGold can not change your address once your order has been processed.
In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or french Holidays. For information on anticipated delivery (inclusive of processing and transit times), please refer to our Shipping Policy.
IsisnGold is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes or any other charges.
An order may be returned to sender for one of the following reasons:
An address is invalid or there is missing information,
The carrier is unable to deliver your package, or
The order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
