No additional paperwork is required on your end after initial verification.

What is your B2B return policy?

Professional accounts benefit from the same 14-day return policy as individual customers, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Dental composite and opened hygiene products cannot be returned for safety reasons.
