Applying and removing tooth gems
A tooth gem is set on the enamel with a dental composite – without drilling. Application takes only a few minutes. For a clean, safe result we recommend having it applied by a trained professional.
If you would like your tooth gem removed, please see your dentist. Removal is a quick, routine polish that leaves the enamel intact. Never try to remove the gem yourself.

The price depends on the material and design. Mini crystals start in the affordable range, while custom solid 18K gold pieces are higher. You'll find the exact price on each product page.
How long does a tooth gem last?
With good care, a tooth gem lasts several months on average and often much longer. Durability depends on the application and on your eating and brushing habits.
Are tooth gems safe and lead-free?
Yes. Our tooth gems are made from real 18K gold and original, lead-free Swarovski® crystals, and are applied gently on the enamel without drilling.
How is a tooth gem removed?
Removal is done by your dentist as part of a short polish that leaves the enamel intact. Please never remove the gem yourself.
